2010 January Chaos Indoor Tourney results are in!

Had some fun!

Chaos had a one day bracket for singles and doubles on January 9th. All games were rally scoring to 21, the losers bracket games were two out of three to 15 rally scoring. We “had some fun” here are the full results:

Chaos Represents at South American Championships 2009

South American Championships 2009

For the third straight year North America’s finest footbag net ambassadors, the Chaos Footbag Club, represented at this year’s South American Footbag Championships 2009 in Bogota, Colombia. This year’s ambassadors were the Delegation of Destruction’s disciples #2 and #25 (a.k.a. Jack Harris and Jeremy Mirken). As expected, Chaos members made the finals of both the singles and doubles events, however, we were greeted with a rude awakening . . . . Read on to experience SURA 2009 through the eyes of Chaos #25! 

Patrick & Florian - World Champions Once Again!

The first live streaming world footbag championships final was mostly successful.  It was taken off the air for 2nd half of game 2 and 1st half of game 3.  Reason?  Unknown to me.  Still, I got to watch it live on my big screen.

It was not a classic like their first meeting last summer but a pretty damn good match.  A descent come back in game 3, after being down 6-9, lent itself to some drama for the home crowd.

Flo and Patti have their 3rd World Championship in 4 years!!!!  They won 2 games to 1 over PT and Manu.

Congratulations to both teams and thx for the show!!!

Chaos at Finals of The World Championships - Streaming Live

World Championships streaming live!  PT, Manu VS Patti and Flo - 10am start time.  I’m watchin em warm up right now.

Later this morning, about 10am, Chaos #3, PT Lovern - Oakland, CA, and his partner Emmanuel Bouchard - Montreal Quebec, will meet Florian Goetze, Frankfurt DE, and his partner Patrick Schrickel, Chaos #8, in the Championships Match for the Open Doubles title.

These two teams met at the finals of the 2008 Green Cup and it was an epic match going the distance and more with Florian and Patrick taking the title.  Many folks have been eagerly anticipating a rematch, not least of all of all these 4 guys.  Today we will have it and in the most dramatic of settings.  Flo and Patrick are from Germany - Flo from Frankfurt and Patti from Berlin.  Patrick moved to the US 2 years ago and is a member of Team Chaos now.  So, they are looking for their 2nd 3rd World Championship overall and second on German soil.

Emmanuel and PT are looking to defend their World Championship and this is the team they want to challenge for it.

The Battle in Berlin!

The match up everyone has been waiting for is tomorrow! PT and Manu will battle Patti and Flo at 6 pm German standard time! Which is 9 am saturday morning!

LIVE STREAM

This match has been a long time coming as PT and Manu lost in 06 in the semis in Frankfurt then Patti and Flo lost in 09 in the semis in Prague and the other team won the title. The race for the 3rd Open Doubles title is on for PT, Patti and Flo. Manu of course will be going for his 7th Open Doubles title and his 12 consectutive Open singles.
