Number Two For Number 3

PT Lovern and Emmanuel Bouchard are the World Champions!

They won in straight sets over Gilles and JF (Montreal, Quebec) 15-5, 15-11.

Gilles Demers and JF Lemieux defeated 2 time defending World Champion Florian Goetze and Patrick Schrickel (Frankfurt, DE and San Lorenzo, CA, USA) in the semifinal 2 sets to 1 (6-15, 15-13, 15-8) to reach the final.

PT and Manu were a well oiled machine and JF and Gilles never really got into rythm in the Championship match.

In the other semifinal PT and Emmanuel defetead Matti Pojhola and Oskari Forsten in straight sets.

Oxana and Julia are the Womens’ Open Doubles Champions!

I’ll try to add to this later but that’s the news of the day so far.

Congratulations to PT and Manu.  Thanks Eric for posting the results throughout the week.  I wish I had been there with you guys.  Chaos!!!
